A quick note about your property valuation

A quick note about your property valuation

Algorithms are good, but there is no substitute for the human element of selling homes.

I hope you’re having a good week.

I wanted to follow up briefly regarding the instant valuation you ran. While those online tools are great for a "ballpark" figure, they have one major flaw: they haven't seen your home.

Algorithms can’t account for the new kitchen you might have installed, a well-maintained garden, or even the specific view from your front door, all of which can significantly impact the actual value.

If you’ve made any improvements or if there are specific features you think add value, I’d be happy to give you a more refined "desktop" figure. You can just reply to this email with a few details or a couple of photos, and I'll take a look for you.

No need for a formal visit yet; just happy to help you get a more accurate picture.

Best regards,
Kelly
